1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Softerei GmbH Grambzow 17 17166 Hohen Demzin Germany
Represented by Managing Director: Denys Shokotko Email: contact@softerei.de
2. Purpose of this website
This website provides information about the services of Softerei GmbH and offers a contact form for business enquiries. This website does not provide registration, account management, ordering or contract conclusion. We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the website and for handling enquiries.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on a server administered by Softerei.
When you visit this website, the web server automatically collects and stores data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the requested file
- Amount of data transferred and information about whether the request succeeded
- Browser information (user agent), which may identify the browser type, version and operating system
- Where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer URL)
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing a stable, secure website and detecting misuse. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles. Logs are checked daily for rotation, with up to 14 archived log files retained. Relevant entries may be needed for longer to investigate a specific security incident or pursue legal claims. For access-protected areas, the username used may also be logged.
4. Contact form
The following information explains processing when you contact us through our forms. The contact form includes an email address and message, plus an optional name. The consultation form also offers optional company and telephone fields.
- Name (optional)
- Company (optional, consultation form only)
- Email address (required)
- Message (required)
- Telephone number (optional, consultation form only)
We use your details to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions, not to subscribe you to advertising or newsletters. Providing the data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. You cannot submit the form without an email address and message; name, company and telephone number are optional. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when your enquiry concerns entering into or performing your own contract. For other enquiries, including those made as a company contact, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling and responding to your enquiry.
When you submit the form, your browser sends your details and technical submission data, including your IP address and browser information, directly to Form.taxi (wrkt*biz Reinhard Söllradl, 4070 Eferding, Austria). The service receives the enquiry and makes it available to Softerei for handling, including by email. Form data are not sent to this website’s web server. Form.taxi identifies ALL-INKL.COM in Dresden as its hosting provider and Mailjet for email delivery. Its privacy policy states that form contents are retained for no more than one year; the deletion criteria below apply to subsequent handling by Softerei. Details of its providers and any spam protection used are available at https://form.taxi/en/privacy. Please contact Softerei about the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your data.
We delete your enquiry once it has been fully handled, provided that no statutory retention obligations - in particular under commercial or tax law - prevent deletion.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us directly by email, we process the information you provide - your email address, name and message content - solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis and deletion rules are the same as in section 4.
6. Cookies, analytics and tracking services
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, audience measurement or social media plugins on this website. Fonts, images and videos are served by this website; YouTube and external video players are not embedded. Your browser may cache these files for display. External company profiles are opened only when you select their links. Submitting an enabled contact form contacts the form service described in section 4.
7. Recipients and disclosure
Personal data are accessible to the people at Softerei responsible for handling them and to the service providers used for hosting, form submission and email delivery, where necessary for their tasks. Authorities or other bodies may also receive data where legally required. Personal data are not sold.
8. Your rights as a data subject

Data portability applies in particular to data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Right to object: Where we process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
